At Beyond Words, we over academic and recreational afterschool clubs for ages 6-13.
Our afterschool clubs run Monday-Thursday from 4:30-5:30. Fill out interest form and we will send you the current offerings and schedule.
Literacy Club-Level 1- Learn to Read
Space is limited to 4 children for group tutoring. Diagnostic testing will be administered to ensure your child is a good fit for the literacy club. The focus for this club is on phonology, decoding, and spelling.
Literacy Club-Level 2-Read to Learn
Space is limited to 4 children for group tutoring. Diagnostic testing will be administered to ensure your child is a good fit for the literacy club. The focus for this club is morphology, vocabulary, and writing.
Coding Building Blocks- An Intro to Coding
This club meets once a week as we dive into the beginning principles of coding.
Art Club
The fall semester is focused on learning how to draw.
LEGO Club
Children will enjoy our maker space as they create and build innovative LEGO creations in a team atmosphere.
Nature Club

Parent Coaching/Training
We understand that supporting your child’s learning at home is essential. We offer personalized parent coaching and training sessions, equipping you with effective strategies and techniques to support your child’s progress outside of the classroom.
Homeschool IEP Support
Deciding to homeschool a child with special needs can be worrying, especially if they’ve been in public school. Questions arise about the need for a homeschool IEP to track progress. We assist in creating personalized education plans for your child.
