2024 Summer Camp Testimonials

Dear Lindsey,

The past three weeks have been an incredible journey filled with hard work, discipline, and pure joy. Your program has not only provided our son with a new path for learning, but you’ve also infused that path with fun by meeting him exactly where he is. He looked forward to every single day, and each time we picked him up, he was buzzing with excitement, eager to share the stories of his explorations and the creations he made.

The progress in our son's reading has been remarkable. He has gone from slowly reading to a pace that flows naturally, and he’s actually enjoying it. The way he now reads and understands the words is incredible. Just this week, he read a line in his pirate book and immediately giggled—it was the first time he truly comprehended and reacted to what he was reading. This is a significant improvement, and it is an absolute privilege to witness this growth. For that, we owe you our deepest thanks.

Thank you for following your dream and sharing your gift of teaching brilliant dyslexics like our son. Without your expertise and dedication, he wouldn’t be reading with the fluency he is today. You’ve not only shown him how to learn but also brought back the joy in learning for him. I’ve noticed that our son is happier and more confident all around, not just in reading, and that’s something truly special.

Lindsey, you have a rare and wonderful gift. I’m beyond grateful that we crossed paths with you and your sweet boys. Our son is in a better place because of you, and for that, I will be forever thankful.

May God bless you abundantly, always.

Warmest regards

My son attended Beyond words Camp last summer, and I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible experience he had. Lindsay Parte went above and beyond to make this camp truly special. My Son has ADHD and often struggles in traditional learning environments, but Lindsay’s patience, understanding, and individualized approach made all the difference.

She worked with him one-on-one, connecting with him to eliminate his negative association with “schoolwork”. Lindsey found creative ways to make learning not only accessible but genuinely fun for him. For the first time in a long time, I saw my son excited about learning. He enjoyed every moment of the camp and didn’t want it to end.

Lindsay Parte provided a safe, engaging, and supportive environment that allowed him to thrive. Not only did he have an amazing time, but he gained a new sense of confidence. I’m incredibly grateful for the impact the camp has on him and wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent looking for a positive and empowering experience for their child.
